If my company is a subsidiary of a parent/holding company, is it necessary to have the subsidiary registered separately?

If you’re operating under a different tax ID number than the parent company or subsidiary, you must register individually. In the United States, this is your company’s federal tax ID; for individuals (sole proprietors), this may be your Social Security number. For more information, visit www.irs.gov.

Can we have more than one individual registered?

If you’re invited to participate in a Lowe’s sourcing event or Product Line Review or if you’re an existing Lowe’s registered supplier, multiple individuals may be associated with your registration.

If you’re a current and active Lowe’s vendor and want to propose products to a new category, you must register your new brand/category to be reviewed by the proper Lowe’s team.
