Caulk vs. Sealant: What’s the Difference?
Though White Lightning caulk and sealants are similar in how you apply them — both require a caulk gun and caulk tools for application — they’re different products, mainly in elasticity. Caulk becomes rigid when dry and is for areas with little to no expansion or contraction. Sealants, however, contain flexible materials, such as silicone, which makes them ideal for areas prone to expansion and contraction, such as bathrooms.
