We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and be proud to show your new STAINMASTER® floor to friends, neighbors and family members. Therefore, we are providing you with our STAINMASTER® Flooring Promise™, available for purchases made through December 31, 2025.
STAINMASTER Flooring Promise
If you do not love your choice, and are not fully satisfied with the color, style or design of your new STAINMASTER floor installed through Lowe’s, let us know within 90 days of installation, and Lowe’s will exchange your flooring material for a different STAINMASTER flooring material of your choice.
Offer applies only to STAINMASTER wall-to-wall carpet, laminate, luxury vinyl, sheet vinyl, and tile purchased at Lowe’s in the U.S. and installed through Lowe’s in an owner-occupied residence, replacement in the same space occupied by the STAINMASTER flooring being replaced, includes color-coordinated moulding purchased with eligible laminate or luxury vinyl flooring, and is limited to one replacement per original purchase.
Offer excludes replacement padding for carpet, replacement underlayment for hard surface flooring, and non-color coordinated moulding. Offer is not applicable to issues covered under a STAINMASTER flooring product limited warranty or installation limited warranty, including, but not limited to, staining, soiling, manufacturing defects or damage issues, or issues related to installation.
For flooring material of the same or less value, there will be no additional charge for the flooring material itself. You will be responsible for all other charges involved in changing your flooring material, including removal and installation, which must be installed through Lowe's, sales tax, finance charge, shipping, and delivery charges. If you request a replacement style or different flooring type of greater value, you must pay the difference in price; however, there will be no monetary refund if you choose a product of lesser value.
How It Works
Submit a Request
If you decide you are not happy with your flooring color, style or design, call the STAINMASTER Support Team at 1-800-438-7668 to submit your replacement request. You must provide your contact information, reason for dissatisfaction, and Product Item Number of your desired STAINMASTER replacement flooring.
Review the Details of Your Replacement Request
Lowe’s will review with you the quote for your flooring replacement request, including the installation and any additional cost.
Purchase Your Installation
Sign the installation contract and process your payment.
Schedule
An independent installer will contact you to schedule the installation.
You must be the original purchaser. The offer is not transferable. The offer is limited to an exchange of flooring material. A refund will not be given under this offer.

THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES, AND NO WAIVER OR AMENDMENT SHALL BE VALID UNLESS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES OF LOWE’S.
