Ice Cream Recipes

Four clear bowls filled with blueberry almond, lemon, rum pecan and mint chocolate chip ice cream.

We've come up with four delicious recipes that you can try in your new DIY ice cream maker.

Recipe #1: Rum Pecan

A glass bowl filled with rum pecan ice cream with chopped pecans on top.

½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Whole milk
¼ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Fine sea salt
1 tsp Rum extract
¼ cup Chopped pecans

Food Coloring: 10 drops of yellow, 2 drops of red, 1 drop of blue

Mix all the ingredients in a food storage container. Seal the lid and shake vigorously.

Recipe #2: Blueberry Almond Vanilla

A glass bowl filled with blueberry almond vanilla ice cream with almonds and blueberries on top.

½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Whole milk
¼ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Fine sea salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
¼ cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
¼ cup Sliced almonds
Food Coloring: 5 drops of blue

Mix all the ingredients in a food storage container. Seal the lid and shake vigorously.

Recipe #3: Mint Chocolate Chip

A glass bowl filled with mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate chips sprinkled on top.

½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Whole milk
¼ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Fine sea salt
½ tsp Peppermint extract
¼ cup Mini chocolate chips
Food Coloring: 5 drops of green

Mix all the ingredients in a food storage container. Seal the lid and shake vigorously.

Recipe #4: Lemon Cream

A glass bowl filled with lemon ice cream.

½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Whole milk
¼ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Fine sea salt
1 tsp Lemon extract
Food Coloring: 5 drops of yellow

Mix all the ingredients in a food storage container. Seal the lid and shake vigorously.
