The header comes with a safety T-lock that ensures the unit’s stability. Moderate DIY skills are recommended for installation of the tub enclosure. We recommend placing the interior panel closest to the shower head to keep the water in the shower. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64 inch, 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch drill bits, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/16 inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended). Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape.
