Culinary collection griddles are not compatible with the provided orifice wrench. However, the provided valves and replacement orifices in the kit are compatible with the standard Culinary collection griddles. To convert these griddles to natural gas, it is necessary to source a compatible orifice wrench. Blackstone models 2162, 2163, and 2230 Culinary griddles are not compatible with this kit. Blackstone model 1902 is not compatible with natural gas in any capacity.
