Make it a home court advantage! Plush recreational paints are 100% acrylic, high performance, non-fading all weather paint systems for use on pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. Plush color will adhere to asphalt and suitable concrete surfaces (never before painted concrete must be properly prepped via acid etch and primed with PT-Primer X). There are three key functions that provide the foundation to Plush color's coatings: playability, durability and vibrant, fade resistant colors. The entire Plush color line is acrylic based and low VOC making them easier to clean and easier on the environment. Note: If product is not available to order in your area that is due to nighttime temperatures. Product may not cure and/or track in late Fall and early Spring applications

Drying time is 60 to 90 minutes under optimum conditions - humidity, surface temperature and ambient temperature will affect drying process; Plush acrylic color should be allowed to cure for 24 hours before courts are opened for use, Plush acrylic color should not be applied when ambient temperature is below 50F or when surface temperature is above 140F, Manufacturer will not cover warranties when applied in colder / off season temperatures (below 50 degrees F at night); Do not apply if rain is forecasted within 24 hours, do not store in direct sunlight and do not let product freeze
Note: for Portland cement (concrete) applications surface must cure for a minimum of 30 days; after 30 days, new concrete must be acid etched with either phosphoric or muriatic acid; A coating of our 5.5 Gal PT-Primer X Urethane must be applied to surface before application of Plush recreational surfacing products; A vapor barrier should be installed under new concrete slabs
Prep: Surface should be thoroughly cleaned prior to coating; power wash surface to remove any peeling, algae stains, dirt, grease...then blow off; use plush patch binder kit for cracks and depressions post cleaning and prior to coating; It is recommended to apply a coat of Plush Acrylic Resurfacer prior to the color coats, The acrylic resurfacer helps level the court and promotes strong adhesion
Mix: See use and care manual for instructions; Plush color is ready-to-use, Open and mix all pails with a mechanical mixer prior to application; Apply to inbound areas first; pour bead across width of court and using a squeegee overlap as you go back and forth across court
Two coats of color are required to achieve a long lasting rich color, Application of the final coat needs to be at one time; Batching paint for the top coat is recommended prior to starting application
Coating contains sand for anti-slip surface, additional sand does not need to be added
