The PV1000HF features a lightweight housing, which makes it ultra-portable, so you can take your power inverter with you from vehicle to vehicle or wherever you need to use your equipment. NOTE: To protect against high current draw that may occur during inverter failure, a fuse link rated at 175 amps should be positioned no more than 18 in. from the PV1000HF's battery in the positive line.
