The AdirPro 2 inch Reflectorless Total Station is a piece of powerful surveying equipment used by land surveyors and civil engineers to record highly-accurate topographical data. This Total Station offers 2mm accuracy, range measurements of 600 meters in reflectorless mode, 2 inch angular accuracy, 3000 meters of distance measurements with single prism (up to 5 km using laser at max power). The ATS-120 series Total Station is equipped with an absolute encoder. As with most Total Stations, it uses a light emitting diode which sends a beam of light from the instrument to a prism. The prism reflects this beam back to the instrument. Usually, it will send 3 separate frequencies with different wavelengths and the difference between the wavelengths are assessed and calculated. Additionally, it is designed for those specializing in construction projects with Non-prism ranging. The Non-prism ranging can be used in measuring three dimensional coordinates; position determination and remote elevation measurement (REM).
