Each crate is handmade and unique, and the natural features have been left intact. The old-fashioned fruit label adds character and interest to this classic crate. The bottom is a plain wood color plywood. Pretty enough to dress up a space all on its own, and practical enough to be used for any number of storage purposes. The crate is durable, well crafted, and unlike actual vintage fruit crates, is clean and ready for storage. All of our packaging and much of our assembly is done by a job training program for special needs adults. Our products are naturally organic entirely made of sustainably forested wood, much of it reclaimed or that would otherwise go to scrap.
