Echinacea PowWow White produces multiple blooms that last no matter what kind of soil it grows in: acidic, clay, loamy, sandy, and even dry soil. In fact, pow wow coneflowers have a strong drought tolerance. The bright flower heads of this coneflower species will bring butterflies and other pollinators to the garden, whether it's planted in woodland gardens, borders, or planters. In the fall, be sure to leave the seed heads of the pow wow coneflower alone, as they'll bring birds flocking for a much-needed feast.
