The adjustable pasta roller attachment turns pasta dough into thick or thin sheets which can be cut into lasagna or other shapes. The fettuccine and spaghetti cutters can be attached to the mixer to turn those freshly rolled sheets into mounds of fresh pasta, ready to cook and top with your favorite sauces.
