Once attracted to the unit, the powerful, whisper-quiet fan draws the mosquitoes and insects into the retaining cage where they dehydrate and die, typically within 24 hours. For your convenience, this trap is easy to use. Simply plug the trap in to a standard 120v outlet and let it do the work for you. Let it run 24/7 throughout the season to effectively break the breeding cycle of a variety of flying insects, including mosquitoes, biting flies, house flies, sand flies, blow flies, drain flies, flies, moths, no-see-ums, June beetles, wasps, yellow jackets, stink bugs, gnats, and biting midges.
