The two loop attachments on the strap connect to small captive holes built into barcode Scanners, enabling Scanners to hang comfortably on the belt hook when not in use. When used without the Scanner Belt + Hook, the adaptor strap makes for a convenient carrying handle. These replacement adaptor straps enable quick interchange for those who frequently use multiple cordless Scanners while others are recharging, eliminating the need to switch out the loop attachments on every exchange. The Squids 3136 Barcode Scanner Adaptor Straps are compatible only with the Squids 3135 Barcode Scanner Belt and Hook to prevent Scanners from being dropped -in causing damage to the Scanner, other items/equipment or workers on the job.
