The large green leaves are pleasingly shaped like traditional oak leaves and surround fluffy, 19 in. cone-shaped masses of small, cream-colored florets. As the flowers mature, they change to a beautiful shade of red. Ruby slippers is smaller than the average oak leaf hydrangea, but is just as sturdy. Great landscape plant.
