Buffalo grass is a warm season type grass that grows well in heavy soil, and dry conditions, and prefers a climate that averages less than 25 inches of rain annually. Each 1/2 lb. packet of seeds will cover 250 sq. Ft., and will give you a grass that grows 6 inches tall.
