Ultra-Pure® CPVC CTS (Copper Tube Size) tan colored piping is commonly used for potable hot and cold water distribution. It is easy to cut using hand tools and is assembled using solvent cement.
Used for residential and commercial hot and cold potable water distribution
Do NOT use PVC piping systems to store or convey compressed air
Ultra-Pure CPVC has a rated working pressure of 100 PSI at 180 degrees Fahrenheit and 400 PSI at 73 degrees Fahrenheit
Using to store or convey compressed air may cause the PVC to shatter explosively and unexpectedly, resulting in severe injury and damage
Ultra-Pure CPVC is immune to both external and internal corrosion and will provide many years of reliable service
Assembly is done with solvent cement avoiding the use of open-flame torches which may be required for copper
