IQAir GC MultiGas Series Non-HEPA Air Purifier Filter

The IQAir MultiGas uses four filter cartridges to hold up to 12 lbs. of gas phase media. The gas phase media is comprised of the highest quality activated bituminous- coal carbon and alumina pellets impregnated with potassium permanganate to work for you against gases, Chemicals, Odors and even smoke. They eliminates molecular pollutants like volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which cause Odors. They also destroy dangerous Chemicals, like Formaldehyde, through oxidation inside a chemically active alumina pellet. The cylindrical shape of these cartridges maximizes the surface area for optimum contact between the air and gas phase media, which ensures the highest removal efficiencies.
