The Lightning Nuggets, Inc. product line has proudly been food grade and toxin free since 1978. The Lightning Nuggets, Inc., product line of fire starters is made from renewable pine wood resource and food grade fully refined paraffin wax (no oils remain so as to be non toxic). Both raw materials can then be considered environmentally friendly. When wax is fully refined it is safe to use when preserving fruits/veggies, within food products, within cosmetics, etc. Our goal is to be as safe and clean while recycling waste into a viable re purposed product of convenience and quality.
