The Massive Audio MMA Series 12 In. Dual 4 Ohm Subwoofer can handle a “Kilo” of power—1,000 watts!—and in the properly tuned box, play as low as 35 Hz! You see the heavy gauge steel stamped basket is painted to lower resonance and to protect the high flux Y30 ferrite magnets. EISV voice coils, made with aluminum formers and poly cotton spider with woven round tinsel leads, are balanced with laminated paper cones using a pressed foam surround stitched in red. Then it's all bolted together to form the MMA124 "Killer Kilo" subwoofer!
