Miracle-Gro® Garden Soil All Purpose - For In-Ground Use is up to 30% lighter (vs. previous formulations), providing more aeration because it's been made with FIBERPRO™ lightweight forest products which includes renewable ingredients. The addition of organic matter to the existing soil helps to build strong roots. This garden soil should only be used for planting in-ground or in raised beds. Not only will this Miracle-Gro® all purpose soil provide your plants with room to grow, it will feed them for up to 3 months. If you are planting an individual plant, blend a 50:50 mix of garden soil and native soil. When amending a garden bed, apply a 3-inch layer of Miracle-Gro® Garden Soil All Purpose and then mix it in to the top 6-inches of the existing soil. For raised beds, mix equal parts garden soil and top soil. With this soil, you'll grow bigger, more beautiful plants (vs. unfed). Miracle-Gro® Garden Soil All Purpose - For In-Ground Use has been certified by the Mulch and Soil Council® as a landscape soil and soil amendment.
