Scotts® Pro Turf Fertilizer can help you to grow a thick, green turf. This fertilizer can be applied to any grass type, including newly seeded and sodded areas, and it will not burn the lawn (when used as directed). Feed lawns with this fertilizer in the spring (March - April), late spring (May - June), late summer (August - September), and late fall (October - November). You should always apply fertilizer with a spreader. The application of this product is easy with a Scotts® Broadcast, Rotary or Drop Spreader. Apply on a calm day, directly to the lawn. This product applies 2.9 pounds per 1,000 sq. ft. To achieve the best results, water the treated area immediately after an application. To prevent run-off, do not overwater the treated area or apply when it is raining or when rain is expected that day. Scotts® Pro Turf Fertilizer was created with professionals in mind.
