The Trans-Atlantic VR531 series fire rated "Vertical Rod" exit device is suitable for commercial and industrial applications where heavy duty usage is anticipated such as office buildings, retail spaces and hotels. Moreover, it fits with doors up to 36 in. wide and 84 in. in height where a 12 in. extension is available for purchase for taller doors. It blends the utility of a vertical rod application with the appearance of a modern style panic device. It comes with a top and a bottom latch. However, the exterior lever is sold separately. These series meet the performance standards of Grade 1 and ADA compliant exit devices. Item is available in Aluminum, Duronodic and Stainless Steel finishes.
