Use the Warm/Select button to skip through the four various presets. Select the Coffee preset and heat water to the set temperature of 195°F (90°C), perfect for making pour-over coffee or instant coffee. Select the Black Tea preset to brew your tea at 175°F (80°C). You may brew your tea in a separate cup or place loose tea leaves directly inside the kettle. The Glass Raw Tea Kettle’s mesh filter located at the spout will filter out any solids, so that you get a smooth and clear cup of tea. Select the Green Tea preset to brew your tea at 160°F (70°C). The Warm function will keep the remaining water warm for up to 6 hours, or you may simply turn the kettle off by pressing the Off button, as it only take about 30 seconds to warm up again.
