Weigela is a beautiful spring flowering Shrub, which produces rosy-pink trumpet shaped flowers, with red-tinged foliage which is quite ornamental. Excellent for general garden use, accent, mass planting, or hedge. Easy to grow, tough Shrub. Note: what we ship is two year old root stocks, ranging 12 to 18 In. in height and is not a fully grown foliated potted plant. It is a vigorous, upright-to-spreading, deciduous Shrub with oval to elliptic leaves which turn deep purple in spring. Plum purple Francees add interest to the landscape.
