The Best Barns Tahoe DIY garage kit is an ideal single car garage. With its traditional barn style appeal and additional loft storage you'll have plenty of space for your car and all your equipment storage needs. Access to the loft area is available from the outside via 2Nd floor loft doors. Interior access to the front and back loft areas is provided by a 4' opening at the center of the building. The Tahoe comes with an 8-ft wide x 7-ft high opening to allow you to install a garage door of your choosing. Purchase the garage door separately from your local Lowe's store. During construction you may also install a walk-in door and windows. The Tahoe garage kit comes with 24-in OC 2 x 4 framing and 3/8-in LP SmartSide exterior grade pre-primed paneling ready to paint the color of your choice. Be sure to order an optional steel walk-in door to provide additional access. Check with your local permit authority before placing you order. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Windows shown are purchased separately. Floor is not included. Shingles and garage door purchased separately by homeowner.
