The WGB32B-KS whole house filtration system is a "point of entry" filtration system for cleaning up well water. Unlike "point of use" systems (like a reverse osmosis systems) which only filter water for a specific faucet, the WGB32B-KS passes all source water through a three stage filtration process before sending the freshly cleaned water to every part of your home. Each of the three stages of filtration offer a different level of protection. The first stage housing holds a 5-micron polypropylene sediment filter that removes dirt and various larger-sized particles from the water that can clog the following two filters. The second stage of the WGB32B-KS has a GAC+KDF filter designed to remove chlorine, lead, mercury, hydrogen sulfide, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, odors, and other contaminants from the water. The third stage of the WGB32B-KS houses a 5-micron CTO coconut shell carbon block filter that knocks out bad tastes and odors, removes up to 99% of chlorine from the water, and is highly effective on pesticides, herbicides, and industrial chemicals. The WGB32B-KS is ideal for removing common contaminants and heavy metals found in the majority of well water. If you are on municipal (city) water or another generally clean water supply, the WGB32B may be a better fit for you.
Our 2nd stage FG25B-KS 20” x 4.5” compound filter is specially designed to remove chlorine, lead, mercury, hydrogen sulfide, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, odors, and other contaminants
Refer to our manual and our helpful YouTube videos for easy DIY installation
1” NPT inlet/outlet; 20” x 4.5” filter cartridges; Water flow: up to 15 GPM
The first stage polypropylene sediment filter is able to filter particles as small as 5 microns; The third stage CTO Carbon Block filter is made of quality coconut shell carbon
Each filter is tested by an independent third-party to meet NSF/ANSI standards; Both filters have a capacity of 100,000 gallons of water; enough to supply a family of four with clean water for a full year
Each cartridge is individually wrapped to ensure that the filter stays fresh; Please unwrap the cartridges before installation
We offer both technical assistance and customer service support by phone or email out of our headquarters in Atlanta, GA; Our goal is, and always will be, to maximize your user experience
Unlike an RO membrane, this filter DOES NOT reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS); instead this filter keeps healthy minerals in your water while removing harmful chemicals, consider our iSpring Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
