This makes it a good match for specialized applications such as bathroom vanities, garage or utility rooms, under a kitchen sink. Note, this model is not recommended for use in the central or northern zones of the country. Our Tankless Electric water heaters only heat water when needed, leading to potential energy and money savings. Additionally, our Tankless Electric water heaters are wall hung, saving you valuable storage space. Tankless Electric water heaters typically require greater electrical supply capacity than standard tank-type models. Smith's Tankless Electric design includes a soft start to produce a softer electric draw when powering on, reducing light dimming.
