The Aquios WP236 is a point of entry system (full house) designed for well water systems. This system will prevent and remove lime scale accumulation on pipes, fixtures and appliances, minimize iron stain and remove sediment, sand, dirt and other particulate from the water. Our systems do not de-mineralize your water and do not introduce salt or potassium chloride into your water. Instead, we utilize a food grade, natural polyphosphate that inhibits hard water minerals from creating scale, removes existing scale and also provides an anti-corrosive protective layer.\N\NOur high pressure housing utilizes our 5 micron, 20 inch high flow, pleated coconut carbon block filter which includes a proprietary scale prevention media designed to prevent and reduce harmful scale build up on heating elements, pipes, faucets and other plumbing fixtures and appliances. Our drop-in cartridge provides exceptional odor removal and the unique pleated design provides high dirt load capacity with high flow rates.\N\NThis wall mounted unit is designed to be installed at the water main entry point and will provide a flow rate of up to 15 gallons per minute (GPM). The standard inlet and outlet connections are 1-1/2 inch NPT and has a design pressure of 105 PSI (5.9 bar) with a maximum operating temperature of 113°F (45°C).\NThe proprietary scale prevention media is designed for extreme water conditions and designed to last up to 6 months.
